My Favorite fitness apps for the iPhone
There are many fitness apps out there these days. I have tried many of them and I would like to share my favorite apps with you.
Calorie Counter - Keeps track of everything you eat in a day and totals energy burned vs energy consumed.
Edmondo - GPS based app to keep track of your distance and speed for Running, biking, swimming, ect.
Run Keeper - makes tracking your workouts fun, social, and easy to understand so that you can improve the quality of your fitness.
Nike + GPS - Map your runs, track your progress and get the motivation you need to go even further. Hear mid-run cheers every time your friends like or comment on your run status, or outrun them in a game of Nike+ Tag.
My Fitness Pal - MyFitnessPal is a diet and fitness community built with one purpose in mind: providing you with the tools and support you need to achieve your weight loss goals.
Map My Ride - track every step with the built-in GPS technology in your mobile device.
Stretch Fit - With this app you’ll learn some of the greatest stretches and flexibility programs from Grandmaster Ted.
Fit Builder – Contains the largest library of exercise images & videos (up to 5,600+).
BMI Calculator - You can easily calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index).
