Kashi Go Lean Cereal

If you are like most people you are probably in a huge rush in the morning, from the moment you wake up until you get home from work. One of the worst thing you can do to your body is starve it by skipping breakfast.  If you are strapped for time I would highly recommend this great tasting breakfast cereal by Kashi. Just pour some into a bowl, add some skim milk and breakfast is ready!  Or even have it as a snack later on. Put some in a reusable container and snack on it throughout the day to keep your metabolism fired up all day. Not only are you helping yourself, you’re helping others because when you have nothing in your stomach and are constantly hungry people usually get a little grouchy :S  HAHA

I also want to note that it taste GREAT!  You might expect something this good for you to taste like cardboard garbage but not this! I am giving this two thumbs up. :)
